How to use the assistant
Trackle Spaces includes an AI assistant you can use to explore and change your Space in natural language.
Where to find it
- Side panel (drawer): available on any page in your Space, opened by clicking the assistant icon. The panel knows the context of the page you're on (for example, if you're on an asset's detail page, it knows which asset and template you're referring to) and uses this context to give you more precise answers.
- Home page: a full-screen view designed as the main entry point, with suggestions, alarm/asset summaries and conversation history.
What you can ask
- Questions about how part of the platform works (e.g. "how do I create an alarm rule?").
- Questions about your Space's data (e.g. "which assets are offline right now?").
- Action requests (e.g. "create a new asset from the Fridge template" or "create a dashboard with temperature and compressor status").
Assisted navigation
The assistant can also navigate the app for you: if you ask it to show you something, it takes you directly to the right page, and for dashboards it can show you a preview before opening it.
