What is Trackle Spaces

Trackle Spaces is a SaaS platform for IoT asset management: it lets you define the "type" of product or machine you want to monitor (a Template), create every real instance you own or sell (the Assets), connect them to physical devices in the field, and visualize their data in real time through customizable dashboards, with configurable alarms for when something needs attention.

  • IoT device manufacturers who want to offer their customers a monitoring dashboard without building one from scratch.
  • Support and maintenance teams who need to know the real-time status of every device installed in the field.
  • Fleet administrators (plants, machinery, vehicles, sensors) who want to organize them by organization, group and template.

What you can do with Trackle Spaces​

  • Model your products with Templates: variables, integrations (Trackle, MQTT, HTTP, Seneca), alarm rules and shared dashboards.
  • Manage Assets, i.e. the real instances of your templates, organized into organizations and groups.
  • Connect physical devices to assets and read/write their parameters in real time.
  • Build dashboards with drag&drop widgets to visualize real-time and historical data.
  • Configure alarm rules that notify the team whenever a variable crosses a threshold.
  • Use the built-in AI assistant to explore and change your Space in natural language, with explicit confirmation before every action.

The "Space" concept​

Every Trackle Spaces customer works inside their own Space: an isolated environment with its own subdomain (e.g. acme.trackle.space), its own users, its own templates and its own assets. Access to the various Spaces happens through the identity portal (id.trackle.space), where you log in and see the list of Spaces you have access to.
